Handbook for Candidates
You will need Acrobat Reader to open the
PDF files, and Microsoft Word to open the
DOC files. NOTE: All application materials
must arrive at the AAWM together in the
same envelope by the application deadline.

What are the steps in appying
to become a CWSP?
1. Complete the entire
Application
with all fields filled in with biographical
information including social security
number, and PTC Testing
Center Application.
2. Provide a copy of your current CWS™ identification card .
3. Read the AAWM code of ethics, and
sign the statement on the application
form, affirming adherence to this code.
4. Complete the checklist form by initialing
next to each application item.
All application
materials must arrive at the AAWM together
in the same envelope by the application
deadline. Packets that arrive with
materials missing will be returned, thus
delaying the application. Fedex and USPS
certified mail is recommended. It is the
soul responsibility of the candidate to
ensure that all application materials arrive
by the deadline.
